Kash and Rachel: DO NOT FORGET, you have a power point presentation for Biology today.  If you do not present it is a 0 and it will definitely hurt your grade.

STUDENTS:  Return all library materials to the high school library immediately! Those of you who should be looking for books are: Max Graves,  Sarah Merriett, Shawn Robertson (fines due).  You will not be able to check out until books are returned or fines are paid.  Don’t make us come find you…

STAFF RETIREMENT DINNER: SATURDAY, MAY 19 @ 6:30 PM AT THE COMMUNITY BUILDING.

WINTER/SPRING ATHLETIC BANQUET: TUESDAY, MAY 22 @ 6:30 PM AT THE COMMUNITY BUILDING.  everyone BRING 2 COVERED DISHES AND TABLE SERVICE.  MEAT & DRINKS WILL BE PROVIDED.

Interact Students:  Rotary will beGIN their cook-outs at Hy-Vee on April 14 and end on May 26.  They need your help form 10:30-1:30 each Sat.  There will be two Interact Students per shift so please get the Sat. you want and sign up in Mrs. Schneider’s room asap.

Students grades 6-9: are invited to join a FREE Scholar Bowl  (Brain Bowl) Camp this summer May 21-25 at the Resource Center from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 a.m.  If you are interested, please sign up in Mrs. Schneider’s ROOM.  You will be learning and having fun at the same time.  You can’t beat that.

The 2012 Tarkio Indians Football Team: Will be having a Lift-A-thon fundraiser on Thursday May 24TH at 8:00 Am in the High school.  Participants will be raising money through sponsors either by flat donations or per pound they lift.  if you have any questions regarding the event please contact coach Ratliff. 

Physicals for next school yeaR: available on May 24 for $20Make checks payable to Dr. Grimm Chiropractic.  Boys at 1:00 p.m. in the boys LOCKER-ROOM and girls at 3:00 p.m. in the girls LOCKER-ROOM.  You must have a physical on file for any athletics next school year.  Get One May 24!  Any questions - see Mr. Miller."

 Joanna Burke will be in the Tarkio nurses office: on Wednesday, May 30, 2012 from 8:30-12 and 1-4 to do student sport physicals for the upcoming school year.  Cost is $25All students must have a physical to participate in an extracurricular activity during the 2012-13 school year.

1A+ students:  There IS going to be summer school from June 4-28 Monday-Thursdays 8:00-noon if you are interested in getting some of your tutoring hours completed this way to Mrs. Livengood

3RD – 12TH GRADE GOLF TOURNAMENT: FRIDAY, JUNE 22 AT THE TARKIO GOLF COURSE.  ENTRY FORMS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE BOTH ELEMENTARY AND HS OFFICE.  SEE MRS. LENZ OR MR. COX FOR MORE INFORMATION.

EVERYONE:  Mrs. Barnett has registration forms for Missoula Children’s Theater production of “Hansel and Gretel”.  The dates are July 23 – 28 and will be held at Tarkio High school Auditorium.  You can turn your completed registration and $30 fee to Mrs. Barnett before Wednesday.  Please participate in this wonderful summer theater experience!!

ANNOUNCEMENT:  There is a flyer with American Red Cross Lifeguard and CPR/First Aid training info on it available in the office.  See Mr. Miller.

COOK BOOKS...THEY HAVE ARRIVED AND THE COST IS $10.00 - YOU CAN CONTACT ANY ONE OF US (COOKS)...ALL THE MONEY RAISED WILL GO TO SANDY MEIER...

there will be summer weightlifting: students will need to have a current physical to participate

EVERYBODY: FCCLA IS HAVING COLLECTING Pop tabs; CAN TABS for the Ronald McDonald House.  Please bring them to Mrs. Wennihan or any Fccla member.

EVERYONE:  “DONATE USABLE EYEGLASSES”- THERE IS A COLLECTION BOX BY THE HS OFFICE SPONSORED BY THE LIONS CLUB.

ALUMNI BANQUET: SATURDAY, MAY 26 IN THE HIGH SCHOOL GYM STARTING AT 6:00, DINNER @ 7:00 pm.
